Katulad ng isang bahaghari, makulay at kakaiba ang kultura ng bansa. May iba’t-ibang mukha at karanasan ang pagiging isang kabataang Pilipino na natatangi sa atin. Kagaya na lamang ng pag-akyat ng ligaw at panghaharana, pagsasayaw sa mga pista, pagbili ng street food matapos ang klase, pakikitulog sa bahay ng kaibigan habang thesis season, at pagsakay sa jeep na magkakarga ng gasul kahit huli ka na sa trabaho. Kaakibat na ng mga karanasan at hamon sa buhay, pag-ibig, pagkakaibigan, at pagtanda ang ating pagkakakilanlan.Ang proyektong BAHAGHARI ay nabuo upang siyasatin ang konseptong coming-of-age sa Pilipinas kasama ang mga kinagigiliwan natin na kakaiba at natatanging mga pareha o rareships sa Haikyuu fandom. Nais naming maging paraan ang proyektong ito upang iparamdam na may puwang ang mga pambihirang pagmamahal sa ating lipunan at kultura.

The narrations are mostly in English, but phrases and dialogues were allowed to be written in Filipino, Bisaya, etc. The digital zine will contain translation and context for regional words, customs, etc. that are mentioned in the stories.We wanted to be inclusive and use language that transcends geographical differences.Is contributor still in the zine?
Some of our contributors have withdrawn from the project for personal reasons we can't share. We follow our current team lineup on Twitter!

FINANCIAL TRANSPARENCY

CONTRIBUTOR COMPENSATION
We are committed to compensating the entire team with a zine bundle (physical and digital) regardless of sales. Merch artists are entitled to their own merch.BREAKEVEN
If we breakeven, each contributor is entitled to a full bundle with free shipping. If our profit margin is too small, we will settle with cheaper bundles we can afford. Contributors can purchase items at production cost.Excess profit will be divided among the contributors under terms and conditions they have agreed with.PAYMENT
GCash, Maya, and bank transfersare available for PH buyers. All our payment channels are under the finance mod's name. Transactions are monitored by the head mod.TRANSPARENCY AND CONTINGENCY PLAN
All transactions are heavily monitored and documented in a finance sheet accessible to every mod. Weekly earnings and order count will be shared to the contributors. We will also generate a financial report with proof of transaction for public viewing after the project. Production and shipping updates will be posted as soon as they are available.In case of emergency, back up funds are ready to shoulder the cost of the project. Transfers of both funds and mod position will be done should the finance mod step out of the project.
